Paperwork Deadline

The deadline for the paperwork and application fee of $20.00 is due on Friday, February 1st by 3:00pm to the City Hall Bldg. The gentleman at the front desk can take your paperwork and money. I will collect all of the paperwork at 4:30pm that day.  Our first workshop is Saturday, February 2nd at 10:00am at the Ivins LDS Stake Center, meet on the 1060 South Street in Ivins. We will meet on the East side of the building in one of the rooms.  Remember to come with an idea for your activewear, I will have the list to sign up. We will also be drawing numbers for the contestant order for pageant night.

Opening Meeting for the Ivins Pageant

Tonight was a great success with 19 girls and their mothers at our meeting.

We introduced our pageant Theme for this year of:

"IGNITE THE LIGHT WITHIN YOU"

and Opening Number song:

"Firework" by Katy Perry

All paperwork can be found on the Ivins City website: ivins.com

You can fill in the blanks from your computer and then print.

Make sure to get a transcript from the school, NOT POWER SCHOOL!

Then take all of your paperwork and transcript and turn it into the city office

with your Application Fee of $20.00 by Friday, Feb. 1st.

Our First workshop will be Saturday, February 2nd at the Ivins LDS Stake Center at 10:00am

We will discuss everything that we will be working on, to prepare for the pageant.

March 9th & 16th - NO WORKSHOPS Because of SPRING BREAK

March 23rd -  Photo Shoot & Head Shots - 4:00pm - Place TBA

Princess Pageant 2013

Hi Ladies,

It's that time of year for our Miss Ivins Princess Pageant. We look forward to this event every year and we hope that you are just as excited to participate. The only date that we have for sure so far, is the Opening Meeting to introduce the theme for the pageant and meet the Royalty and get information about the workshops. We are still working on a solid date for the pageant. We would love to have you and your mom come and listen to the details about the pageant on Wednesday, January 16th in the City Council room at 6:00pm. Please spread the word with all of your friends, this is the evening that you decide whether you want to participate for sure. It's going to be a lot of fun!!!
