Friday - Dress Rehearsal

We will meet at SCHS at 4:30pm on the Choir Room Side of the building.

Bring everything that you will need for the pageant:

* Opening Number Outfit

* Active wear and props

* Evening Gown, heels, jewelry, etc.

* Talent

* Good Lucks for the contestants

*Thank you's for old Royalty & Heather & Tia

* Mirror

* Curling Iron, Make-up, Hairspray, etc.

We will take the stage at 5:15pm and walk through and then do a FULL DRESS REHEARSAL.

We will be done by 9:00pm.

SATURDAY arrive at 3:30pm in interview outfits.

INTERVIEWS will begin at 4:00pm

Dinner at 5:15pm

6:00pm - PAGEANT TIME!!!!

LAST Workshop before Dress Rehearsal

This Saturday, March 29 @ 9:00am at the Stake Center

Please be ready to go through EVERYTHING!!!

This is our last practice so it will be at least an hour and a half to two hours.

Please plan accordingly!!!

I need your music if you are singing or dancing.

Please make sure that it is already cut and ready to go.

Contestant #3 – Emily Bryan        (Softball)  

(Emily enters with mitt, escorts throw softball to her on stage)

One of Emily’s favorite sports is Softball. She has played since she was little and loves the thrill of the game. Because she spent time playing catch with her grandpa, catching pop flies from center field is her specialty. However, she loves hitting home runs and sliding into home plate. The occasional strike out doesn't get her down because she cheers for her teammates as loud as she can.

 Contestant#3 – Emily Bryan:                (Trevor & Chase)               Braxton Kunde

Emily is the daughter of Tim and Shelley Bryan. She is the second child out of three girls and one boy. Some of her most recent achievements are earning the Honor Armor Diamond Shield award and winning 2nd place in the regional Mathcounts competition leading her team to State. She boasts a 4.0 GPA and has a goal to graduate high school as Valedictorian. She is Vice President of the National Junior Honor Society and is currently raising funds for entrepreneurial women in developing countries.  She is also involved in the Student Ambassador program at Snow Canyon Middle School.

Through this pageant workshop experience, the most valuable thing Emily has learned is how to better present herself on paper as well as in person.

1st Workshop-Walking the Pattern & Interview

 We had a great workshop with Heather.

She showed the girls the pattern that they walk on stage,

and they practiced it a few times.

 We went over the PRIVATE interview process and how to sit

and working on taking more time to think about what you are saying.

Think of something that will make the judges remember you or want to know more

about something that you said.

Getting To Know You Breakfast

We had a wonderful breakfast getting to know all of the girls who are participating in the pageant and the Royalty from this year. Each brought a breakfast item that represented themselves.

We had Bagels from Einsteins, Chocolate milk, donuts, muffins, orange juice, fruit, CANDY, bananas and yogurt.

It was so fun to get to know these beautiful girls!!!

It's going to be a fun year!

Getting To Know You Breakfast-INVITE

Girls,
We will have our Getting To Know You Breakfast on Saturday, February 8, 2014th at Tonya's House. Her address is: 330 East 1175 South, Ivins,  UT. We will start at 9:00am. We ask that each of you bring a breakfast item to share, that represents YOU! For example: fruit, donuts, cereal, juice, etc. We are excited to get to know you and have a good time!!! Please RSVP to Tonya at 435-272-2328 (text) that you will be there!!!

Opening Meeting with girls & moms

 We had our opening meeting with the girls and their moms on

January 29th, 2014. There our Royalty introduced themselves and shared what

their favorite part of being on the royalty was for them.

 It was a wonderful night full of information & workshops.
Paperwork is due on Friday February 7th, 2014 at 3:00pm.
Turn it into the City Hall with you $25 application fee.

Opening Meeting for 2014

It's that time of year again.

We will be holding our Opening Meeting for girls who are interested in participating and their mom's.

It will be on Wednesday, January 29th, 2014 at The Ivins City Hall at 6:00pm.

It will be a quick informative meeting.
