April 19th Workshop

Our next workshop is Saturday, April 19th at 9:00am

We need all of the girls there.

We have only 2 more workshops before the pageant.

We will be working on the opening number and introducing yourselves

during the opening number & the onstage interview.

Please bring your heels so that you can practice the pattern.

The LAST Opening Number Workshop

Girls, Please take some time to perfect the opening number. I uploaded the one with Tia, so that you can do it just like her. Remember to smile and have fun!!!!

 

We are so grateful to Tia for teaching the opening number.

She is so talented and full of information for all of you to take for this pageant.

Remember we will be doing Thank you's for Tia and Heather on pageant night.

Outfit for the Opening Number

Girls~ For the opening number, everyone is going to wear:

Black Bermuda shorts - Length of shorts, a little above the knee

 Plain Brick Red Shirt or blouse

 Barefeet - NO SHOES
EVERYONE is responsible to get their own outfit.
 

 

Next Workshop - April 13th

Girls, please review the opening number, we will be finishing it up on Saturday at the Vault. We will meet at 10:00am and please come ready to work!!! Also, I need music for your talents, if you are dancing then I need your music. Also, those that have not emailed me your write-ups, please do so before Saturday. We have less than a month till the pageant and only 3 more workshops. Let's get excited!!!!

Contestant #1 Missy Madsen

Missy is the daughter of  Michelle & Glen Madsen,

Missy is the youngest of 4 sisters and loves coming from a household full of WOMEN!!

. She is a Freshman at SCHS and carries a 4.0

She is very involved in school and loves to stay busy. She is part of the Drama Club, President of the Mia Maid Class, in the process of trying out for Cheerleading and on the Debate Team.

She loves to give service, one of her favorite projects during this pageant experience was participating in the Easter Egg Hunt and reading to the kids at Red Mtn. Elementary.

She has enjoyed being part of the pageant this year and the most valuable thing that she has learned from this process is meeting new friends & learning the Opening Number.

(Girls, on your evening gown write up, I want that you are a daughter of parents names .

Also, the last line I want it to say, "The most valuable thing that you have learned through this pageant workshop experience was _________________." Please think about it and be honest.)
